We had a wonderful stay at this Marriott! The large king room with a sofa bed was perfect for our family, especially with a baby in tow. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the on-site Starbucks served delicious breakfast options.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could be more varied for families with children.

The stay included a large and comfortable King Room with Sofa Bed, which was excellent for family needs. The staff, particularly Miss Pat and Stephanie, provided outstanding service, making the stay much more pleasant. However, issues such as an unreliable thermostat and a sink that didn’t produce hot water detracted from the overall experience. The quiet location made for restful sleep, and local seafood options were a lovely touch during the trip.

While convenient for medical needs, the limited offerings in the on-site bistro can get annoying if you're hoping for good dining options without driving. Also, the refrigerator in the room was minorly problematic—it froze some food items even after adjusting the settings, which might be a hassle for some guests. If you're craving tea, you might be out of luck as only coffee is provided. I noticed a shortage of USB charging ports, making it a bit inconvenient for electronic device lovers.

Great location close to restaurants and Walmart. The facilities were super clean, and the indoor pool was a fantastic relaxing spot. The gym was well-equipped. Enjoyed the quiet room despite the busy location.

Clean room and great AC, but the food service is painfully slow.

Unfortunately, the indoor pool was closed during our stay, which was disappointing since we booked the hotel specifically for that feature. Furthermore, we assumed breakfast was included with our room rate, but we were wrongly informed at check-in that it wasn't. We ended up having to pay extra for breakfast, which added to our distress because we chose this hotel to avoid unexpected costs during our vacation.

Staying at the Courtyard in Winchester proved delightful. Although the bistro closed early, room comfort and a welcoming lobby environment truly enhanced my visit. I appreciated the cleanliness and the attentive staff, making my short stay enjoyable despite minor inconveniences.
